  They never have appointments available, they never pick up the phone, and when they call you back if you miss the call you are out of luck because when you call back they still don’t pick up the phone. Then when I explained that I am sorry I will have to take my dogs somewhere else because they are always booked the person on the phone was like well sorry but we are booked so have a nice day. Would not recommend!!!!! No customer service no customer loyalty ...
